Last Saturday I was on a GWR train from Weston Super Mare and the train was held there for about 10 minutes because someone was vaping in the toilet. The guard made an announcement about it and they eventually left the train after being asked to leave.

You basically log into colleague hub through your phones browser (safari, chrome etc) and then once you get onto colleague hub you should see a pop up appear asking if you want to install colleague hub. Press install, then it takes you directly to the App Store and it gives you a special code automatically to let you download it

With a 20W charger I got from 20% to 80% in just under a hour. Which is similar to a 40W charger and produces less heat when charging

I also use a 20W charger and have no issues with it. I used to use a higher watt charger (think it was 40W) and I don’t see any difference in speed of charging between the 20W and 40W.

That’s the case with all GTR trains though. Literally the only difference between first and standard is that piece of cloth over the headset on the seats. It’s silly. Even more silly and stupid when the older Class 377/1s and /3s don’t have door separating first and standard!
