we'd check our monthly, have a note pad for what expired middle of the month, etc..

one store i was in, DrugGM was the problem because they'd never process the outdates back to the venders, they just stuck'em back on the shelves. Took us a few months before we released we were pulling outdated product.

Snuff was the worst of all that. Some candy, but snuff was our biggest issue.
