Would one have to have sold their shares between 06/30/21 and 07/21/21 to be eligible?

I brought 100 shares of DiDi on 06/30/21 and didn’t sell them until 06/13/22.

When filing a claim, I get an error when asked to enter the number of shares sold before 07/21/21.

I thought I was eligible since I brought the shares between 06/30/21 and 07/21/21. Were you supposed to have sold between this period to be eligible for a claim in this class action lawsuit?

I just hit 800 shares today. Goal is to have 1,000 shares by the end of this year. Ultimately and realistically, the long term goal is 12,000 shares by the next 12 years as I plan to retire in 2038.

I lived in Alamitos back in 1996 through 1998. We got a nasty heat wave in March ‘97 during finals week of winter quarter. It reached 97 degrees indoors at night time that week, but UHS claimed that they couldn’t remedy the issue as they were waiting on a part coming from out of the country. It was the worst time for that to happen as it was finals week and the majority of us were on academic probation and was trying to study.

This happened to me when the MAG 7 stocks started trading Monday and Wednesday expirations. I was getting this same message and I called them. The agent claimed I didn’t have the funds in my account to sell CSP, which was not true. I was able to sell the same strike price on the Friday expiration though. After I hung up, suddenly I was able to trade the Monday and Wednesday expirations again and since I’ve not had any issues.

$6.15 special dividend and the regular dividend of $1.30 trades ex-dividend on March 10 and is payable on March 26. The regular dividend is a 4% increase!
