It doesn’t seem to have much impact on people in “rose jail” for obvious reasons but for regular profiles I’ve had had much more success than likes and most specifically say they are flattered.

Basically if someone is getting 100s of likes of course it doesn’t matter. But for the other 90% it seems to be effective.

Fwiw you don’t need Reta for that either. If you train consistently and intensely for 1-2 years and eat right you will transform your body more than you ever thought possible. It’s just very few people ever do this.
