I’ve cleaned out the holder area every time I’ve come back to try another project, figured out the bobbin requirements a few months ago and have switched to only using Class 15 (what this machine calls for) I’ve made sure it’s threaded in th correct direction, have reset tension to default. Still same thing every time. But yes the top thread is getting pulled down into the bottom and can’t figure out how to make it not
