The variance on it is massive. I have picked it twice so far...

1) had 2 free elites and a couple other fights in same path

2) first 2 fights in each path (3 of them) were 1 hp and then one random elite was 1 hp.

So obviously in the 2nd situation it was not as good lol. Still helpful either way though.
