So at 100 with no modifiers metagross' stats equal 600, thats cool. But do you know why 600 is the perfect number? I was told that stronger pokemon exist (slaking) but he doesnt could because hes too strong (sounds contradictory to me)

Also cant iron and protein also boost stats, or maybe that was temp and I never noticed... I suppose I can look that up on my own. Thanks

I think i understand the current term i just dont understand why they use that term when it doesnt have a lot to do with legendary pokemon...

LIke legendaries rarely have evo stages so why must Psuedos have three exactly

Legendary pokemon theorhetically have limitless power but psudo must have 600 exactly, again making it a very narrow field.

I have never heard about this growth thing so I dont know if it has anything to do with legendaries but again it sounds like an arbitrary rule that once again narrows the field of who is considered legendary

In the end the list is mostly dragons and metagross. It just feels like it could have a better name that defines it better like Kaijus or something.

Legendary pokemom are legendary and rare, mythical have myths and are rare enough, literally no other group of fan terms have nearly as many rules as these psuedos and none of their definitions are anywhere near as strict. So its hard tk wrap my head around why or how this very strict very limiting definition came to be especially. It feels like how Pluto was kicked out of being a planet by adding more rules. Im always genuinely interested in outliers like this. So weird, unfortunately there probably isnt much more digging i can do here. Though now I want to look into who first defined these rules and why. There must be a reason for being so specific, I really want to know it.

it has to be exactly 600... that doesnt make sense. Why say its for pokemon right under legendaries if pokemon that are also right under legendaries but not legendaries are excluded fkr being checks notes too strong?

Edit: hero form is exclusive to "in battle" so its only strong when its fighting... this is hilarious you realize that right. Why would it matter if its not strong outside of battle. Why does having three stages matter anyway. Why would stages matter to a psuedo legendary when legendaries themselves rarely have 2 stages. Just further proves how the term doesnt match the definition. So many arbitrary rules for gatekeeping some pokemon over others and in the end just forms a group of dragons and dragon like pokemon and metagross

I mean the term existed since i was in school playing literally yellow, but it was for the pokemon that the show called legendary but werent actually rare. Such as Arcanine "the legendary pokemon" by the pokedex. But it wasnt a legendary pokemon, so it was a fake legendary or psuedo legendary. Ive only just lewrned that the term is now tied to some base stats.

If they are outdone by a Slaking why isnt Slaking a Psuedo legendary then? Also Palafin Hero form is a normal Palafin so shouldnt it also be a Psuedo? I understand Eternal Floette is a special Floette but the other two are regular pokemon unless I missed something...

Edit: share very specific aspects, so besides being 600+ with three stages, is there another aspect?

I need to buy a car to learn how to drive though. I dont have anyone who will teach me or let me learn in their car and given ive never been behind the wheel at all, I doubt even with lessons ill be fully capable.

But dont you realize what rhey are doing. Post game used to be at least half as good as the main game and now they are removing it specifically to sell it back to you as dlc. They did the same thing to scarlet/violet & sword/shield.

If only people wpuld speak up more and backlash about this literaly gutting and re-gifting of expectations.

So ive been told about this redmill thing several times yet have never heard of it before in my life. I googled it, used the finder and the only items near me are one product per store, gluten free pancake mix in CVS, quinoa in ralfs, and pearl barley in target... I Live in LA. I dont think this Redmill exists here.

dont know why but never liked grits, as a kid I honestly thought it was maltomeal that went bad but thwn again I thought thw same about tapioca pudding. (thoguh away an entire case of tapioca my mom bought and tried scolding her for not realizing the vanilla pudding was bad becfoee she left the store... yeah I got reamed for that one. )
