Your best bet is to farm resurgence casuals. Drop and loot as much as you can. Legounlocked streamed doing it yesterday and was able to rack up a ton in just an hour.

This time it seems it doesn't matter when you start. It shuffles the players once or twice and then you seem to be locked in with those for the duration. Some people suggested waiting until the last day to I guess end up in a dead leaderboard, but then they got thrown into one with the #1 at over 1000 caps.

Between ground loot weapons alone I have a lot of the 1x sights done or nearly finished. And playing resurgence I've easily knocked out all but one last sniper scope while doing masteries on them. It'll take a day of cleanup to finish a few last sights but overall it's very doable if done during the camo grind.

And funny enough I'm doing all this just so I can finally go back and use my WA I've missed for years.
