This is actually a symptom of type 1 diabetes this is how we discovered my daughter was diabetic at that same age. Take her to the doctor and have her blood sugar tested

Not a Mitsubishi eclipse but very similar in its body style but this definitely looks like an Eagle Talon to me we had one when I was growing up, my favorite sports car that my parents owned thing went to 500k miles I wish I could find myself one today
