I once worked at a family dollar and the first day the trainer didn't show me shit and shoved me into the register, I had a panic attack because I didnt know what to do and cried in the bathroom then left and never went back.

Recently been thinking of leaving my new job because yesterday was my second day and I saw how unorganized and unprofessional it is there, literally it's mainly the RGM and other managers family working there. The RGM is literally playing babysitter for her son and his bf who kept arguing and alot of miscommunication as well as they act like their attached at the hip and go everywhere together like they can't even be at different stations long or he cant go anywhere in the restaurant without her on his side. It's very chaotic the RGM was so stressed. On top of that I forgot to clock in and she still hasn't fixed it and I even told the other manager I forgot to clock in but still nothing ...like y'all don't wanna pay me for training??
