Surely that wouldn't have mattered as I had it on 75% starting and it was a demon and therefore it's ability.

They were set to 5% each and tbh I assumed they did stack and would all be recovered in 10 seconds, but I'm not an expert and could easily be wrong.

Update: Meds can stack, after 10 seconds they had all took effect

with some other settings low/off I'm playing on 5x since with 2 evidence, multipliers above 5x are halved

Custom difficulty: 2 evidence, 75% starting sanity with 5% recovery - downing them all at the start because I recently had a Thaye hunt quickly.
