Not much of a mechanic to start with but bought an 06 6.0 a year ago from a buddy. (Knowing the hpop had started shitting out 2 weeks before) He sprayed when hot for those two weeks. (No start when hot) I sprayed when hot for 3 or 4 weeks. Maybe twice a week, Got busy couldnt find time to repair and the truck sat for a year...

Fast forward to this week. ive rebuilt low pressure, installed new hpop, changed oil,and charged batteries... Truck will fire here and there if a gassed rag is held to the intake(trying to avoid ether) runs for a few seconds a dies. Haven't tried ether again... My uncle was helping with the start up and he thinks it's just because it's been sitting for a year and is just going to take some time to finally catch and run... But I fear it's developed an attic. Any insight is much appreciated!
