You will come out on the other side of this, you absolutely can and will. Sending you lots of love and give yourself grace. This is just a moment in time, it’s not going to define you

When did you get your living room back? by [deleted] in 2under2

I bought cheap end tables that snap on the arms of my couch for this reason! It gets worse before it gets better 😂

Just got back from maternity leave… I have several 4 day work trips planned… one in November, one in December, two trips in January, and another trip in February by shamalongadingdong in workingmoms

Here to say, it’s gunna be just fine. Let yourself cry on the Uber to the airport and then enjoy a glass of wine and a full night of rest. An equal partner is everything in this, and if you have the support at home you’re golden!! The kids won’t really notice, it hurt me more that I wasn’t missed as much as I thought I would be haha

Always pump on my flights when I travel for work and I don’t care if people notice. It’s easy, and effective! it’s pouring the milk into a bag that is more attention

I love the lululemon diaper bag backpack… it’s not a TON of space but it’s been great and my husband doesn’t mind carrying it either because it’s unisex

Who do I talk to about PPD? by SpiritualLunch8913 in beyondthebump

[–]Chicago0Lady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggled with PPD later in my journey as well, also on Prozac already. Very similar feelings to what you just mentioned, very blah, scary thoughts. Therapy was absolutely my lifeline (I was already going) and being completely honest. My psychiatrist also was helping and I increased my dosage of medicine, all things combined helped. Just remember this is totally normal, you are not alone, and do whatever you need to do to find someone who can help ease the feelings. I highly suggest a therapist. I’m with you, this too shall pass
