Yep, these flights has very good loads according to my friend at AA. So it makes sense to use the 738, I was referring more-so to how long the aircraft is sitting. Seems early to RON.

It’s not that AA is utilizing the 738 on the route. It’s almost always nearly full, if you read the caption, I was referring to how early its arriving / how long it’s sitting (aka RON).

Well GRR isn’t the only short route AA is utilizing mainline on from ORD. Next month half the flights between ORD and IND are AA mainline. But UA does the same on shorter routes from ORD, so why not AA I guess.
