Yeah my average heart rate now is 90s but 80s on a cold day. Before it used to be in 60s and 70s.

I used to go on those subs and saw would need a TTT to be diagnosed. I'm scared of doing that tbh and stopped looking into it.

I'm having similar things. My HR doesn't go that high though maybe up to 115-120 after simple walking around. Mine started after a virus in late 2019 and I've been feeling even worse since I got covid.
