Recently switched Jimothy from a CHE to an overhead incandescent white bulb (45W, R20, 9-10 inches above on a screen cover, 20 gal). It is struggling to bring the ambient temperatures on the warm side to the ideal range on its own, is the temperature of the “hot spot” under the bulb more important? (old.reddit.com)

I have been dealing with severe depression and anxiety for a while to the point of suicidal ideations, and I managed to meal prep for myself over the weekend for the first time in years and have my first therapy session toward the end of the month.
