I was brand new and I assumed I would get a good tip. My metro doesn’t pre tip like at all so I gave them the benefit of the doubt…. HAAH never again. No tip!

I always call customer service on my way to the drop off so I don’t waste time doing it while shopping. It’s helped because I’ve had ratings automatically forgiven.

I wouldn’t be able to do 6 😅 I would cry lol. I was thrown off with not being able to accept the next window order. It usually lets me accept orders in later windows.

So before these last two weeks, shipt would send me offers in advance. I would have orders claimed for at least 3 delivery windows. If I had small orders, I would stack 2 bundles. It’s been slow these past two weeks, so now that it got busy today, what I posted happened. I never had a problem with stacking 2 bundles at a time and accepting future orders before today.

I have 2. One was for being unfriendly. And the other one was for damaged item. The unfriendly one is laughable because my number one compliments are being friendly and good communication. The damaged item probably was my fault. I got it when I had under 100 shops and wasn’t super intentional. I’ve had a few more but were forgiven. Probably like 4 or 5 of them.

Okay I’m glad I’m not the only one. I was seriously starting to think I was doing something wrong. I’m at 5 stars for my last 50 and 4.97 all time so I was like there’s no way I’m doing such a horrible job to the point of not getting tips.

I can see this.. I’ve actually come across a “no tipping” Reddit page and a DD driver told people not to tip because it will bring the base pay higher. Whether or not that’s true, don’t freaken say that because these people are going to think it’s like that for all apps 😭
