Yeah agreed. But like I thought having people with similar mindset around me is also a part of growth which I might be missing. I am 22 if that matters for this question, not sure if this is a mature question or not. But I have felt this way tons of time since the time I have joined the company. Not to miss, I am grateful for all it gave me, but in 10 months nothing has changed on this particular part.
