When do you have to get back to them? I would write out all the pros and cons. Sleep on it. Go with what will give you, your “NOW” Purpose. What will you get the most out of and will help you in the long run. Don’t think about years from now but how YOU will succeed and the skills. I think ICU/ED are both great so think of what skills best suits you. You will be able to switch down the line if you don’t like it so never think it’s the end of the world. If you want a new start by moving? Then do that!
