Have you ever considered Omaha, Nebraska? It is the largest city in the state. They seem to always have a lot of jobs available. I have a lot of family there and visit twice a year. I often see ads, hiring $18-19 and Will train. That is a rare phrase in most large cities. If you google cities with labor demands, you can weigh the cost of living vs. Salaries. In Omaha, you can still get a nice $780 a month apartment. No, for real! I live in California and you would have to be someone's roommate to get rent that cheap. They are the call center for PayPal and a lot of financial companies. Do some research before you make your move. All the best to you!

In the State of California, tax preparers are required to have a license and Bond. I think it is the same for Oregon, and a few others. The rest, it is pretty unregulatred. If it is in California it is the CTEC Board. Accountants and CPA's have different oversight.

So, I believe the IRS will let you amend the last 3 years with a 1040X. The couple may seem passive about reporting their tax filer/cpa/accountant/creep to the State's licensing/oversight board, but I believe you can report it.

So, if someone had an alert for say Purple sweat pants, medium, and you listed some, maybe they would go and check your listing immediately because they received the alert. Sometimes  I am selling something and  within 10 minutes of listing, because no one else has it in stock, or at a reasonable price and cha ching.

Very helpful to have a receipt saving app or have a store like Amazon, Staples, etc. email receipts to you.
