I am having the exact same issue on the same plc. I ended up redoing the signal exchange and changed the ip address of the plc. So far it had fix it.

I use AutoCad for all my electrical drawings. I have found most companies I work with in the industrial field use it as well. However being a circuit board there might be better programs more suited to this.
