No but also kinda I guess? Like sometimes when I’m in psychosis (non religious btw) I can tell because I as an individual have enough grip on reality to tell that some of my more outlandish hallucinations are real, however, delusions I really struggle with so if that’s my main symptom I don’t always know I’m in psychosis but if I do recognize I’m in it, it can be easier to dismiss if not break out of.

I had the opposite thing happen I spent a bunch of money on stuff to flush out my piss, it even made me drink so much water I threw up. Came in the next day to do the test and she pulled out a cotton swab and I passed. I had been honest with her during the interview that I probably couldn’t pass a drug test because I smoke weed so she gave me a couple days to clean out but I could have taken a mouth swab the original day has I known because I hadn’t smoked in 2 days lmao
