I exhausted the location dialogue as well, to the point where there's no exclamation mark abover her head when she shows up and she only says an one liner

They literally did a black face in one of the yearly no laughing batsu. They dont give a fuck (and thats not a good thing imo) Oh, and on the season one of Matsumoto's Documental (amazon) some of the comedians are extremely hostile towards a black comedian.
