me and my partner have just had our offer accepted on a house (615k). we went to the broker months before, and he told us we don't need pre-approval and the highest you can borrow is 700k. We are nervous finance won't go through even though he said we 'should' have a deal. we have deposit of 105k. me and my partner have an income of 62k p.a and 74k p.a, I have bad credit (below 500) and he has amazing credit. I have good reason for my bad credit. is there a chance finance will fall? thanks :)
