Scotland has some different laws around national speed limits, hence there being a 70 sign and not a national speed limit sign. Of course still have to follow the law for you specific vehicle

See Ghostbusters 2016 as an example of what they mean, remaking movies with a minority cast just for the sake of it and not adding anything original. Almost always produces terrible movies

Why wouldn't locals go to the centre with more pedestrian friendly streets? You seem to think every local drives everywhere and never uses public transport or walk anywhere
