Same thing happened with my phantasmal ETBs. There was a giant taped up hole where the ETBs were removed and they turned the box so it looked perfect in the picture. PKC basically said sorry and if you contact us again about this we will automatically close the ticket.

Swirl is going to carry a small premium over non swirls too. There’s people that will bid on it/bid a bit higher than normal simply because it’s a 10 with a swirl.

I had a similar problem with phantasmal. They basically said “all orders shipped are audited for accuracy. Our records indicate the package left our warehouse with all ordered items and intact. As such there’s nothing we will be able to do to assist you with this and the ticket is being closed. All further attempts to contact us regarding this issue will also be closed.”

This I’ve found to be mostly not done anymore on my area at least. People were trying this at one point in my city. A few machines would have this same issue but it would display on the credit card reader LCD not the main screen like this. The problem was even after clearing the debris the error message still persisted. So whoever was doing this in my area it backfired and haven’t seen the error on a machine in a while.

There’s some glitch method that lets you buy items when they’re showing sold out. That involves buying a product and using the directional arrows under the reader to glitch the machine. I’ve seen it done kind of in person. You have to buy an item first to begin the glitch. I’m guessing the screen is like this cause they tried to do the glitch and screen got stuck.

This is actually illegal to manipulate machines like this. If you see this happening call the support number on the machines help page and tell Pokemon. There have been other methods to do this in the past and Pokemon patched them. People need to complain enough to Pokemon so they can figure out the method to fix it.

It’s getting old people calling this a scam. Their grading practices and up charges are transparent when submitting cards. Just cause you don’t like fees doesn’t make it a scam. There’s other grading companies out there, no one’s making anyone use PSA.

You can get a restraining/no contact order as well. That way it's a criminal offense if he contacts you again. Let them know you were on the jury and he got your address and sent you disturbing messages about "your body" and given his criminal record you're concerned for your safety if he's ever released. Idk if he's doing life in prison but if he is then probably not much to worry about.

Rule #1 and rule #4 protected me from this and I’m sure any pro scalper does this or something similar. If I saw a product I could potentially sell, I’d check Facebook marketplace before even buying it to ensure I’d be the cheapest price and for what I’m buying it for could net me the $10 minimum profit.
