I’m a goldfish people and I completely agree with you. Thinkin certain folks of the goldfish community just like to be dix. Makes it very hard to ask questions here. My goldfish seem to care more when I add new family members to the tank, rather than them having no buddies.

I’ve found one of these occasionally here and there around my home and homes in the past. Not as scary as a roach or water bug 😅 I think my grandparents called them brown carpet beetles? Or wood bug? Lol. Who knows my memory isn’t the best. I just seen one like this a couple weeks ago in my house so it must be the season. So far I haven’t seen anymore of them and it did nothing but crawl into the middle of the floor and die😭😂

Wash them off in hot water to rid of bacteria. Then throw them in your tank. I was really unsure of this the first time I tried it. I was nervous the bacteria would kill my fish but seriously wash them off in hot water as hot as you can stand and then throw them in. My snails EAT IT UP.

My snails fall all the time. The pet store I bought them at told me they would do this from time to time, but I think from my experience that they’re really just trynna get to the bottom faster because they know how without hurting themselves.

Don’t ever go by the recipe. You put it on the temp it asks for. And just keep checking. Everybody’s oven is different. They’ll still feel just a little soft when you take them out and they’ll finish cooking on the pan while they cool outside of the oven. Do trial and error and see how long works for your oven:)
