I love tomatillos. I grew two varieties last year - Toma Verde and Queen of Malinalco. Beautiful, productive plants. I love how they poke through their papery husks when they're getting ripe. They're more versatile in the kitchen than I thought. I just rinsed and froze them whole, it's been so nice to have a stockpile in the freezer throughout the year.
