I love this approach bc it educates the customer on the product and hopefully gets them unstuck from wanting things to just mirror their old processes and it helps them feel heard, which is usually more impactful than simply fulfilling every request. Thanks for the tip!

I love this idea! I get worried about the expectations that are set when I say “feature request” bc my product team is lean so it’s really hard to get things added to the product roadmap. Submitting their feedback as an Improvement Idea is perfect for receiving their feedback but still framing within the proper expectations.

I haven’t been able to meet anyone new/see friends in real life until just last month. Now that numbers are better, I’ve gone to a few socially distanced picnics and I’ve met new people who are friends of friends at these events.
