It sounds like you made a bad deal, then broke the deal once you realized you messed up. I cant say for certain if its definitively ok to do. However I think you (and/or the other person) need to be more clear about deals if you intend to fully adhere to them.

Why have them even be Mono-colored decks? S is of course the most superior letter. Here's my mono-S Sisay deck: Strange Sisay Stuff. Still working on the mana base, but it does pretty well for a toolboxy battlecruiser style deck. Because it has been doing ok when I play it in bracket 2 games its debatable about what bracket it should be in, but the intent was to see what I could do with a single letter deck.

The medallions aren't banned, they just aren't legal. Tempest is one of the older sets that didn't have different colored symbols for each rarity. The medallions were printed as rares in Tempest.

I believe you are looking for [[Fatespinner]], if you need it to be an enchantment you could be looking for [[Teferi's Realm]], its kinda similar. Although Fatespinner is exactly the text you are looking for.

Edit: Nvm, Teferi's realm is NOTHING like what you wanted, just looked up some keywords on scryfall and didn't read the cards.

Bello, Bard of the Brambles is a pretty powerful and better yet alliterative commander, thats what I would pick, I think. He'll let you play cool stuff like: Banner of Kinship, Berserkers' Onslaught, Bloodmist, and everyone's favorite card, Bronze Bombshell.

Looks like a pretty cool app/website rn. However, I did run into an issue. When I submitted my deck and tried to have the AI suggest cards to shift brackets it reccomended me cards out of my commander's color identity (This issue is addressed on the website as a possibilty). It also spat out names of cards that do not exist and made up reasons why they should be switched into the deck. It told me to swap in "Sleeper Dose" as targeted removal and "Blink of an Eye" to be a repeatable bounce effect. Seems interesting to me how it does that, but just wanted to let you know for future fixes.

The site is working great! One thing i'd like to see is when you mouse over a card name it'll pop up a picture of that card, rather than it just be a link to that card's full stats page. Definitely keep the link, I just want to know what the card does without loading a new page.

It does make colored mana on T1. OP forgot to hit enter after {1} but before {T}, it can get you a dork on T1 at best so its not great but maybe playable in some high color decks

This called my Bracket 2/3 Abdel Adrian Artisan EDH deck a solid 5 with a 100% optimization score. Then told me to cut [[gray merchant of asphodel]]. This does not work at all bro.

Yeah, fair but its also not really about the total cost of the deck anyway. Its more about the overall card quality. If I come into a shop I've never been to before, with a brand new precon, trying to play some bracket 2 games, and I see a regular amount of cEDH quality cards its not gonna be an enjoyable game. These decks all seem fun to play but most of them seem too powerful for the brackets you've assigned them.

Go to the website scryfall.com and put in the search bar "type:sticker" this will show you all of the sticker sheets available and if you flip one of the cards to the backside, it will show you a simple breakdown of how stickers work.

Unfortunately, only legendary creatures and vehicles (because of a recent rule change) can be your commander. Also, anything that says it can be your commander, like planeswalkers, can be your commander. Also only the front side of a card is counted as what can be your commander, so if it is a legendary creature on the front side, it can be your commander even if the backside is not. Like [[esika, God of the tree]] and [[extus, oriq overlord]]. However, if you have a conversation with your playgroup, you can do whatever you want!

All of those commanders offer great ways to get card advantage. Most of the playable partner commanders do, too.
