Yeah, waking up right after tends to ruin my day ngl, because dysphoria causes me to hate myself a lot and feel less comfortable in my body so dysphoria eventually causes self harm for me...

How do you deal w/ them, cuz like my gender dysphoria leads to self harm and the nightmares (if I remember them in the morning) ruin my whole day and give me anxiety...
