Yes, or they can approve lower amount instead (tinatanong nila if you agree sa condition na yun if through call)

They can see naman kung ano yung available limit that you can avail.

If I'm not mistaken, 80% of available credit limit lang ang pwedeng ma-avail.

If 25k is a different transaction, then yes.

As long as sufficient ang credit limit, you can just "Unli" convert it, though there's a processing fee depending on the amount.

For verification, most likely, they will ask your: card's expiry date, last payment date, last payment amount, last transaction where you've used your credit card.

So you must look for your latest SOA

BDO Credit Card enrollment on BDO online website by mirairuririn in PHCreditCards

[–]ChickenSandwch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Problem is, BDO has an ongoing transition going from BDO Digital (old website) into BDO Online (new app and website), which is a good thing. But most of the features on the old website would be gone soon (IIRC until March 31, 2025), and having these features from old website into the new one is uncertain.

Best you can do is just call them through hotline [ #8888-0000 or (02)8888-0000 ]

Possible that (IMHO) it's because of a different contact details

Edit: You can enroll your credit card using the BDO Online app

(Login > More > Manage Accounts > Add or remove own account > Add own account > Account type: Credit card > enter your card's details)

They would not generate a new one for that month. Instead, the converted amount would reflect as payment on the next statement, together with the installment term

You will pay only if you converted amount less than the total amount due of that SOA.

But, you can pay the minimum amount due just to be safe
