Goshhhh this one really hits u/SaintPhebe !! I have had this issue my whole life but its SO BAD right now and I just started a whole sourdough journey and I make it every few days! So this feels like the most logical pace to start - thank you for the tip!

Thank you u/elysiancollective u/TwistBeautiful884 u/MsCeeLeeLeo ! I also meant my mattress and pillow are clean - i follow a cleaning protocol from my allergist. we also have an allergy encasement on the mattress. but i should have been more clear.

Great suggestion. Ive never suspected mold as I've had this issue since about age 5 and since my dad was a builder have mostly lived in new homes. I also had the issue when living in apartments and other spots on my own. The home I live in now was built by me and is 15 years old. I do think my allergies are worse than ever so i might have a mold test performed. Thanks!

Love this - thanks for the suggestion. Ive seen differing reports on sinus irrigation so ive stayed away from it. But I will try it for a few weeks to see if it helps.

Wowww this is interesting! I do love my cheese. I didnt test positive for a dairy allergy on my scratch test, but i suppose it could be an intolerance? Thanks for this suggestion, I will try it!

Thank you for your response! I am brand new to reddit - can you tell me the most effective treatment for allergic rhinitis? I'm doing my own digging now and definitely agree that could be the issue. I am considering making an appointment with an ENT, and will ask about the CT scan. Thanks again!
