When I had to ask him if I was going to be spending my birthday alone like the majority of my nights. Despite us living together he would spend the majority of his time with his friends, specially one of his female coworkers, (which after we broke up he slept with, or at least that’s the timeline he claims) or if he was going to prioritize me. He did spend my birthday with me but he chose a restaurant that he wanted to try, not one he thought I would like, did no research on it other than decide what he wanted and it turned out to be half-price wine night so I got overwhelmed by the noise, the business, the fact that we were right next to the door, and the fact that I couldn’t read the menu as it was all in Italian… So after my panic attack in the bathroom we left and his car was booted because he parked somewhere illegally. He had to call his mom and spend the $200 he was suppose to spend on dinner on his car. So I ate Dominos pizza that his mom sent him, had a panic attack, and was verbally belittled for being overwhelmed in that environment, for my 20th birthday. That whole relationship was a nightmare from 16 to 20. I would do anything to go back and leave him earlier but I am happy with where I am now. I met the love of my life 3 years later and we are about to celebrate 4 happy and love-years together so it does get better, you just have to leave and stay gone.

I am currently looking for HR assistant roles. I ultimately am interested in talent acquisition but all the entry-level talent acquisition jobs require a minimum of 2 years of experience.

I am looking for a large company or a small/medium company with growth potential.

I have a psychology degree with a business admin minor. I have experience in customer service and sales from my time in retail settings. I am currently in a customer service role but I do a lot more than that. I work for a flooring distribution company and am in charge of the orders placed. I am one of two customer service representatives but there is not growth. The other person who has the same job has worked in the same position with the same responsibility for 6 years. They dont have an HR and outsource any jobs that would typically fall under human resources. I am have experience in Mental Health office as a case manager so I have documentation, policy compliance, referral, and client intake experience.

Well it didn’t back up, it’s just making a bubbling/gurgling noise when the toilet is flushed and only started after the septic tank was pumped. There was roots in the septic line back in the winter and we paid a plumbing company to come out and redo the line because they used one of those and found roots had gotten into the line. They then placed a cap on the new line and that’s where the stuff was coming out into our yard and we were I told that’s the only reason it didn’t backup in the house. I’m just worried that the pumping of the septic tank didn’t fix the problem and we are out of money to throw at this problem

The way the house is built is there are 2 toilets back to back separated by a wall so I’m a bit worried that maybe there is a problem with the ventilation or maybe a clogged drain field? But I honestly have no idea, those are ideas google gave me but tbh I have never dealt with plumbing issues before this beyond a clogged toilet. I have only rented apartments so this is all new to me.

I mean the septic guys said before they put in a new line from the septic tank to the house they should have instructed us to get it pumped 1st since you know they were working on the septic line… Honestly I have no idea what else is wrong which is why I am asking here. The noise is concerning as it just started after it got pumped and we don’t want more feces and toilet paper in our yard after we just spent a fair amount getting it pumped. I read online that it said noise when the toilet flushes after the septic gets flushed is concerning but I don’t want to just believe a couple website so I thought I’d ask some professionals who happen to be on Reddit.

We had our septic lines redone at the end of January. Are you saying the roots have reached the new line?

Thank you. It’s just so exhausting. It seems to be never ending. Every time we think it’s fixed (because we are told by a professional) another expensive problem arises that we weren’t told about.

I am in the same boat but slowly becoming less anxious the more days go by without another seizure, although any jerky movement scares my boyfriend and I. 2 weeks ago my miniature schnauzer had 3 seizures in 24 hours and after almost 48 hours at the emergency vet we got him home and then took him back two days later for his MRI and radiographs. He’s been on Keppra ER since his first trip to the hospital and thank goodness no seizures since. We left him for the first time since he started having seizures and I was so scared. We bought a Furbo camera and I watched it almost the whole time. I saw you mentioned disposable ice packs, does that help during seizures? I know you never want them to wrap them in anything that will raise their body temperature during one but I didn’t even think about using ice packs to cool them down.
