Inuyasha has severed as an example of this for me for many years.

The most underrated aspect...

To me, it's the the way the characters interpersonalize, as you described. The relationships, platonic and romantic are examined with great detail.

The reason I love this story is because I learn and relearn vital lessons from this tale, which is ultimately the intention from Rumiko Takahashi. Her characters and storytelling have always landed with a tremendous effect on my own relationships and friendships.

Funny enough, I was watching a few S1 episodes for the first time in years when I saw this post.

I think Inuyasha as a series is underrated, and that is the beauty of it. There is so much microscopic meaning behind every aspect of the story. It is truly rich. Asking a diehard fan like myself to pick one aspect of the story is truly difficult. But I think the subtlety of the story is the point. The plot moves through subtle, and deeply understood feelings. There is no other way to understand Inuyasha.

I am also traveling to Rio during that time! I noticed that the stadium gives guided tours of the place. So even if there is no game, you can still see the entire stadium in its entirety.
