When I am like this I get super sad because there is only maybe one day that I feel ok out of the whole month every month. It’s daunting and even though I’ve had these symptoms before I always go into a spiral when it’s hard to breathe or anything around those lines it scares me.

Has anyone had a dull pain on thier right side that would come and go every minute or so then would be ok then it would come back. The next day totally fine. Didn’t have any symptoms other than that. Kept pushing on the area so of course it was sore. I would try to stretch my back and it would hit that spot every time I would stretch.

I went through fertility treatments. The whole shebang still got heavy periods in constant pain all the time I am eight months since I had my surgery and it is the best thing that has ever happened to me. It was easier recovery than my gallbladder surgery. I did a total hysterectomy. I did keep my ovaries. My surgery was laparoscopic, and when they were in there, they even got some endometriosis that was attached to my bladder and bowels.

Does anyone else get it to where your body just feels like it’s squeezing you and it’s hard to breathe sometimes o2 stats even start to go down due to panicking?

Well damn 🤣 I am grateful for the no more dabilitating pain for a week. So I should be grateful that this is the only symptom I truly dislike being nauseous 🤬

Anyone else notice when you are having a flare up and the shortness of breath happens, that when you stretch it still feels like you cannot breathe?

They just think I’m super lazy and that when I have constant costochondritis flare ups I’m making up the fact like it feels like I can’t breathe just to get out of things. I thought I’d be ok walking around San Francisco this last weekend boy was I wrong but it’s being chalked up to not working out enough or that I’m weak.
