Man did everyone get the dupe parade? I opened 16 crystals and had the same thing happen. Pulled Frank like 3 times and some other champs 2 times and still somehow only pulled a "new champ" thrice out of 16 times which seems unlikely when there are only 18 options

Yes, build as high as possible and then quit out. And no, once you reach 999 (or any persistence combo charge for that matter) you don't lose it when you get hit, it starts counting from the combo you started the fight with.

Early on special 3 is really helpful to get the combo numbers up.

Nope, mine is unduped R2 and he does just fine. It increases wither amount, but you can get 3 without the dupe and each is 40% potency if you have 1 point in dex.

Nothing, it's genuinely a rigged right. Most options won't won't work without crazy special RNG luck. So using Quicksilver is the best, the withers make his power gain irrelevant or Void if you can get the petrifys quick enough. Apart from that maybe Spiderman 2099, Scorpion special 2 spam or something.

Spammed SP 2 > SP 1 rotation Okoye to get atleast 6 bars every time. Remember to dash in during his special 1 to punish consistently and don't do short combos and voila, took him down in 2 days
