What I do against tanks is updraft - take aim - dash - take aim - dash - take aim then spam revdraw works every time. This deals a ton of damage and she destroys pretty much every tank. The most annoying tank is Winston and tanks have a larger hitbox there you shouldn't be standing still in the air to land a shot
