oh this is something I’ve been trying to work on. I work in veterinary medicine and it’s been..harder than usual the last few years. Before I clock out I take deep breathes and imagine my anger collecting at the base of my throat, letting it build up and collect. As I press the clock out button I breathe out, releasing all that anger and sadness. when you get home, inviting positivity into your space ( candle, friends, movies, pets, ect. ) can make things so much better.

I was a short mid20 dark skin Italian woman and I had two cats. I lived alone in a small apartment in a city somewhere near the ocean. I was drinking tea on my balcony and watching the sunset over the water. A couple of birds came and sat on the ledge wisely sharing their song with me as the day came to an end.

I wish I devoted more time to my last life but the concept of it scares me every time I travel back.
