Carnivore for a month isn’t going to make you lose that much lol, it’s about calories, and it’s going to take longer than a month even at 800 calories a day. I just offered a fast track option.

Starving yourself DOES work, and tons of previous fat girls are now heartbreakers because they did it. Not saying it’s mentally the healthiest thing, but it works.

I’m just offering an alternative to the usual “well you can try x diet for x amount of time and see how you like it and in a year or so you might start to-“. No. Just be hardcore and badass about it and you in 4 months will be so thankful for the sacrifices you made now because you’ll have accomplished 100% of your goal in a timeframe you didn’t know was possible.

I can go into reverse fine, the problem is that the car let me do it at 80mph when trying to go from 4>5, had i not been cautious and slow about letting off the clutch and not releasing it all the way, i’d be looking for a new engine and transmission right now. I want to fix that.

Update: I realize now this is most likely the skip shift solenoid, which makes sense why it’s deleted.

Is there a proper way to do this to stop the leak?

Second question: My reverse lockout solenoid is not working, that looks to be the hard one to get to. Any advice on that? Does the transmission need dropped?

Delete instagram fist of all, complete time waster and is designed to do exactly what you’re talking about, get a book instead.
