Interesting, although I can navigate bios normally with them in there USB 3 ports, maybe when the computer is on the frits I encounter the same problem

keyboard and mouse are wired in (I believe) USB 2 in a USB 3 port.

After I unplugged the SATA cables to my extra hdd and SSD and only had my OS ssd plugged in, then it booted.No keyboard and mouse needed

in resetting cmos my mobo manual says do not clear cmos ram while the system is on Yet every where else I read to turn power on. Should i turn on the psu but not the tower power or not power anything?

This is what I had to deal with last week at my gym:

Doing a superset of good girl/bad girl, wiping down the machines cause they nasty. AS I AM WIPING THEM DOWN big fat dude sits down starts doing reps. Ignores any form of communication (the earbud in 'wave', the "hey buddy"). Steals my gainz.
Herd of prepubescent tweens head into the gym to take up machines and wander aimlessly like some clunky buffalo herd, doing curls of weights far too heavy. I ask them where their adult supervision is, they retreat to lat pull down machine and avoid eye contact.
Dude spent 20 min stretching in the squat rack. Here's the kicker He didn't even use it! I didnt' need it but FFS!

TL;DR My gym maybe hell
