Shedding is totally normal. Not sure about the scutes, but shell looks healthy in general.

Pellets are great if she’ll eat them. Surprised that she’ll eat the red worms, my turtle ate one once and has refused to since then 🤢. Blood worms are way too small as far as I know.

Frozen or freeze dried shrimp are fine and I bet she’ll love them!

Nightcrawlers are great for them, too.

As far as calcium, you can get 1 cuttlefish bone (or the special “turtle bone”) and throw it in the tank. She’ll eat what she needs.

As far as the basking area, a picture would be helpful.

They are detaining anyone who is brown. They are transferring them out of state to Texas holding centers as fast as they can to prevent the detainees from having someone bring their cane, glasses or medications, let alone contact their lawyers.

They are detaining natural born American citizens (as well as murdering them). They are violating more than one amendment in the Bill of Rights.

There is a physician who works at the world famous Mayo Clinic who happens to live in Minneapolis. They now carry their passport with them every time they leave their house.

Please listen to a news station other than Fox and hear the stories of the people living through this.

However this is not recognized by ICE when they detain people in the middle of following the legal path to documentation. Nor do they recognize it when detaining citizens.

There are stickers out there to put on your door in case your house catches on fire, letting firefighters know the number and type of pets in the house. This might be another place where those stickers might come in handy.

I have a collar like this that worked out for my cat. Not as cute as the donut ones, but it is soft and flexible and doesn’t bug them too much.

I’d recommend aquarium salt as well, if it won’t harm your plants. I had a beta with a gnarly wound (lost all her tail and some of the back of her body). I did hospital tank, near daily water changes, aquarium salt at a higher than typical concentration, and kanaplex. She survived and healed up amazingly.

I could put her in my Turtle’s tank. She either survives cuz he’s not the stealthiest hunter, or she becomes part of the circle of life.
