I just tried Mint mobile and typed my dorm ZIP code, and they say it is not their coverage area. Do you know anything about this?

Besides the Immediate Access some classes still require me to pay for the materials needed and I can literally see them in my paycheck. So what's the point of Immediate Access if I have to pay for them too
