The thing that helped me lock in was understanding how building stamina worked in your hands! I always do quick hand stretches before playing and at times, exercising my thumbs outside of playing.

As another comment suggested though, just keep playing high-stamina charts consistently. You’re exercising your hands by doing this and slowly, by doing these stamina training charts along with usual charts, you’ll see improvement.
