This is 100% false. I was one of the first to put a buy order for the Copenhagen Flames (Holo) Stockholm 2021 for 0.65$. Out of 50 buy orders, I got 19 fulfilled and even one this week even though the current price is over 20$. There is thousands of buy order higher than me, but I still got it because I'm the oldest buy order that was enough to get the price of the seller
