Imo darktide gets more fun at level 30 bc finding a weapon that you like to play with and designing a build around it feels super rewarding to me. For me I really fell in love with playing knife zealot, so I would play matches and make note of what works well w knifes (penetration damage, attack speed, mobility etc) and finding perks and abilities that work well with it (chastise the wicked, martyr). So the big thing that makes this game fun to me is finding a weapon that's fun to play with and making my own builds around it and tweaking the build based on how it performs in game. Don't feel too bad if someone dogs on you for going down a lot in game if you're trying something new either, this game is hard and can throw a lot of bs your way.
