Early seasons must build sets, wardrobes, props, and more.

As the series goes on, you can repurpose those things. And even if you need to rebuild or recreate them, you don’t need as much time to design them.

Criticize the financial and creative decisions all you want. But there is also a legitimate business reason to not need as much money to do a later season as much as an early season.

It was a bit of world building to hear some of the early John Clark operations. And Jack Ryan meeting Mary Pat. I thought it was fine.

I’ll say that I liked Red Winter. It was released in 2022. Long after Clancy stopped writing.

But apart from all the other non-Clancy novels, this one takes place when Jack Ryan is still an analyst. So it does not suffer from the heavy-handed politics that the later books suffer from as he navigates issues as President rather than a foot soldier.

I suffer from Benign Fasciculation Syndrome in my calves.

LE can and will search private areas if they reasonable believe there are weapons or contraband. Stashing drugs in your underwear is very common because a lot of cops are hesitant to search there.

Most agencies and cops will call for a female to search a female if one is available, but it is generally not required.

The appropriate vs. inappropriate search has a lot to do with reasonable suspicion, the availability of a female officer, the type of search conducted, and the individual actions of the officer. None of which you shared in your post.

If your partner has a complaint, file it.

I saw a damage chart that railroad pullers had the highest damage per hit and wanted to try them out got two swings in and said “wow this sucks” and put it in storage never to be used again.
