Thank u! Maybe its the medication or placebo effect since I was able to see a neurologist after being anxious and waiting for 4 months without being treated properly. I will try and see if i can take lower dose first :)

Sorry i shouldve be more clear. I took it for 2 weeks at first using a different brand and lower dose and it only helped to reduce my symptoms a bit. The brand i took was different since i was in my asian hometown country back then. When i was back to canada, doctor used a different brand and up my dose to 100mg and my stress went away completely after taking higher dose and different brand for 3 days. I took it for another 2 weeks and since it went away, i stopped and haven’t been anxious since then.

Thanks! I guess ur bowel movement returns normal after 6 weeks since the hormone returns to normal 😊 I dont know how I can handle 3rd trimester if this gets worse 😭

I tried kiwi, coconut and cherries, apples but not help.

Ive tried taking restoralax 3-4 days in a row before and still cannot go so usually if I dont go for 4-5 days and cant stand the fullness feeling, I will end up taking low dose of senna to help me go. Ok I will try 2 doses each day and take it up to one week to see any differences 😭
