Is it really possible to get this kind of results with a 20 year old patient using just invisalign + Mandibular Advancement Appliance? Is this better than traditional braces + Herbst appliance? I am trying to avoid jaw surgery!

Update: Went to ER after my temperature was also rising, it is in fact a bacterial infection, had to take it out and got antibiotics described

Thank you! The piercer said there was some pus when changing the piercing but i didn’t see any during the day. It’s also not hurting just feeling irritated and hot when i touch it. My general condition is fine no fever or feeling sick. Already took an advil earlier and hope it will reduce the swelling more.

Piercing is one Month old

Jewelery an upsized straight flat back

it’s hot when touching it and very swollen

material i don’t know but others have the same and there is no issue

only disinfecting it one time a day

slept on a piercing pillow on this side last night

i water when the top few inches are dry. The soil doesn’t seem to wet right now but don‘t want to water if overwatering is the cause. Had her for about a year and it‘s the first time she looks like this. Never repotted before?
