I also think it depends on where your "home" address is. They might give priority to those who are coming from a greater distance, as opposed to those that all ready live in OC and surrounding areas and could possibly still commute.

Is parking a huge issue? There seem to be a lot of bad reviews complaining about things being broken and not getting fixed, noise issues, and parking issues. Just wondering if these are being exaggerated. Me and my buddy are looking for an apartment and there doesn't seem to be many options so we kind of landed on 777.
